I was very disappointed with my stay. The room I was given had a view of a dirty rooftop instead of the beautiful attractions, which I have always enjoyed in the past. Additionally, the bathroom was not functioning properly—both the toilet and sink had major issues. I expected much better, especially as a returning guest. This experience was far below my usual expectations for this hotel.
